Virtual Console

A virtual console is a user interface that provides VNC support through a web browser. It is used to view the console output of an instance. This allows relaying keyboard and mouse activities to and from an instance.

Launch a Virtual Console

You can launch a virtual console right from your dashboard to access and manage the instances.
Follow the steps below to use a console:

  1. Sign in to your IDrive® Compute account.
  2. Click Actions against the instance for which you want to launch the console.

  3. Select Launch Console.
  4. This opens a virtual console in a new browser tab.

Now you can use it to access and manage the instance.
