Prerequisites
- A minimum of 4GB of RAM is required to run GitLab.
- Refer to the official hardware requirements here.
Getting Started
- Access GitLab by using the IPv4 address of your instance e.g., http://{IP Address of your GitLab CE Instance}.
- Use the below credentials to authenticate.
Username: " root "
Password: <stored in the file /etc/gitlab/initial_root_password of your instance>.
Note: GitLab may take 5 minutes for the first time to be up and running.
