Update your credit card information
You can add a new credit card information for your IDrive® Compute account or update the existing credit card details. Whenever, you add a new credit card, an amount of $1.00 will be charged and placed on temporary hold for validating your card. The amount will be refunded post verification. After that, you will be charged only for the services used.
You can use any other credit card issued in the US, UK, and Canada to make payments. Currently, prepaid cards are not accepted as a form of payment.
Follow the steps to add a new credit card details:
- Sign in to your IDrive® Compute account.
- Go to the Billing > Credit Card.
- Click Add new card.
- Enter the card number, card expiry date, CVC, billing address, and zip code.
- Click Add New Card.
Alternatively, you can click Change Credit Card from the top-right corner of the dashboard.
To update any specific information about your registered credit card, make changes in the specific field and click Save Changes.
